Introducing our 1st gen Ford Super Duty NOVA-Series projector headlights, meticulously designed to capture the essence of 4th gen Super Duty trucks and adapted for the 1st gen Super Duty models. These headlights feature our signature 3D Ice-cube projector lens, paired with a switchback LED light tube surrounding the light, serving as a dynamic DRL available in two color options: white (default) or amber, easily switchable by adjusting the wires. The LED light tube also functions as a sequential turn signal in amber, enhancing visibility and style.
Additionally, our 1st gen Ford Super Duty NOVA-Series projector headlights come equipped with an activation light feature, serving as a running light when you unlock your 1st gen Super Duty. All four projectors are dedicated to low beam functionality, while the top two projectors also serve as high beams. Powered by high-power LEDs, these headlights produce a brilliant 6000K light output and offer outstanding projection, ensuring exceptional visibility in all driving conditions. Refunds & Returns Policy
At Vero Motorsport, we take pride in the quality of the products we supply and aim to ensure every customer has a smooth shopping experience. The following policy outlines how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Please note all parcels are shipped with transit insurance up to $100 to cover damage that may occur during shipping.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be assessed.
Evidence such as clear photos or videos may be required before a resolution can be determined.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, customers are entitled to choose between:
A refund
A replacement product
If the issue is considered a minor fault, Vero Motorsport may choose to:
Repair the item
Replace the item
Provide store credit
Where a return is required due to a confirmed fault, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Vero Motorsport.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes customers change their mind.
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, however the following conditions apply:
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only
Items must be unused, uninstalled and in brand new resalable condition
Items must include all original packaging and hardware
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
A 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, installed, used or is missing components.
Sale & Clearance Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions or clearance are considered final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Pre Orders
All pre order cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee due to supplier processing and administrative costs.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier service.
Vero Motorsport is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so a claim can be lodged with the shipping provider.
