Vero Motorsport is built on one idea: premium performance and styling parts should not come with a premium markup. If you have found the same in-stock item advertised for less by another Australian retailer, tell us. We will match it, and where we can, we will beat it.

Order with us knowing the price is right the first time, backed by genuine parts, real support, and warranty behind everything we sell.

The Promise

Find the exact same product, same brand, brand new and in stock, advertised at a lower price by a competing Australian store, and we will match that price. In most cases we will go one better and beat it. One quick message is all it takes.

The Conditions

To keep things fair for every customer, a price match needs to meet a few sensible conditions:

  • Same product, same brand. The item must be identical in make, model, specification, material, and finish. A similar part or a replica is not a match.
  • Advertised in AUD. The competitor's price must be publicly advertised in Australian dollars by an Australian based retailer, with any shipping and handling counted in the total.
  • In stock and ready to ship. The item must be genuinely in stock at both stores. We cannot match pre-orders, backorders, or group buys.
  • Proof of price. Send us a direct link to the competitor's live listing, or a current written quote showing their business name and ABN, dated within the last 30 days.
  • Live pricing only. The lower price must be current at the time you contact us, not a past sale or an expired promotion.

What We Cannot Match

A few things sit outside the promise: clearance, ex-display, used, or second-hand items; auction and marketplace listings; obvious pricing errors or stock advertised below cost; stacked discount codes, member-only pricing, or bundle deals; and overseas or grey-import stock. If you are ever unsure, ask us anyway and we will let you know where you stand.
